Synopsis: WEST OF FRANK explores the metaphysical energy of the Jefferson Market Library, formerly a courthouse attached to the Women’s House of Detention in Manhattan, NY. Through the medium of dance, the characters in the books of the library bear witness to the acts of the American criminal justice system.
