Chelsea Film Festival in partnership with CUNY TV offers the opportunity to all Chelsea Film Festival alumni to broadcast their films on CUNY TV throughout the year. Get an exclusive opportunity to screen your film on CUNY TV and be interviewed by Artistic Director Ingrid Jean-Baptiste at CUNY TV studios in Manhattan. Submissions are entirely free and open through FilmFreeway until January 31st.

RULES & GUIDELINES

  • Films already accepted and screened at Chelsea Film Festival (online or in-person since 2013) are eligible
  • Narrative and documentary shorts & features accepted
  • Submissions open via FilmFreeway until January 31
