Sessions are led by Ingrid Jean-Baptiste, Co-Founder & Artistic Director of Chelsea Film Festival, a film industry professional, producer, curator, actor, and advocate for independent artists worldwide.
With over a decade of experience building an international film festival and supporting filmmakers, Ingrid provides strategic insight into career development, project positioning, industry navigation, and opportunities for growth.

Consultation Packages
Individual Career Consultation ($350)
One 90-minute strategic consultation session.
Career Accelerator ($950)
Three 90-minute sessions focused on defining goals, building a roadmap, and creating momentum.
Career Mentorship ($1,500)
Five 90-minute sessions for ongoing guidance, accountability, and strategic support.
Career Advisory ($2,750)
Ten 90-minute sessions for creatives seeking long-term mentorship and career development.
Consultation Format
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.
Appointments are available Monday–Friday, 9AM–8PM EST. Weekend availability may be possible upon request.
Sessions are reserved for individuals 21 years old and above.
