Synopsis: The documentary chronicles the astounding work of renowned photographer Ave Pildas. For over 50 years, Pildas has captured what he finds unusual, as well as life around him: Jazz legends from the 60’s, Hollywood Blvd in the 70’s, Walk of Fame, the first Pride parade, Halloween nights, Venice Beach, the desert and much more…Pildas is comparing the past with the present by revisiting these places today and allowing the audience to have an inside look through his lens. His art not only gives a unique insight into the creative world of street photography, but also provides a social commentary of America.
