Synopsis: HAPPY, 21, suffers from a delusional disorder causing him to believe two clothing store display mannequins are his parents. His mental illness causes his personality to be shy and child-like, trapping a massive amount of anger and trauma inside. He is an actor that can’t really land anything. RICK, 29, is his car salesman-like manager who sends him to audition for the role of a clown for children’s birthday parties. Happy does poorly at the audition but notices the camera PA SALLY, 21. He begins to obsess about her habitually until he makes a mannequin out of her. Eventually after Happy fails the call back to be a clown, Rick drops him and hires someone else. In a burst of rage, Happy smashes Rick’s face with a telephone and murders him. After this, Happy goes home and has a mental breakdown. At Happy’s lowest moment, Sally arrives at his doorstep and confesses her love to him. The two share a kiss and as Happy pulls his head back he realizes he kissed Sally’s mannequin. The real Sally was only in his head.
